Dr. Sreekumar Menon is an enterprise technology leader, SAP transformation expert, researcher, and author with more than 27 years of experience leading complex business and technology programmes across global industries.
Throughout his career, he has led 17 full-cycle SAP implementations and major transformation initiatives across oil and gas, utilities, manufacturing, chemicals, mining, and retail. His work spans North America, Europe, Asia, and the UK, with leadership experience at IBM, Capgemini, and Infosys. His expertise includes SAP S/4HANA solution design, enterprise architecture, data conversion, IT governance, and large-scale programme delivery.
Dr. Menon holds a Ph.D. in Business Management, with doctoral research focused on ERP implementation challenges in the Canadian oil and gas sector. His academic work has been cited more than 260 times and has contributed evidence-based insights into ERP success factors, project failures, and implementation strategy.
In 2025, he was named a Top Consultant by Consulting Magazine in the Industry Innovator category. He is also a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, holds the Wharton CTO credential, and is certified by Stanford University in Advanced Project Management.
